Returns Policy

We hope you love your new Original kids purchase! However, if you do have a change of mind you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order in exchange for a credit note (excluding shipping).

Please email us if you change your mind on any of your items so we can advise next steps.

​We are only able to offer a refund if a garment is faulty. If this does occur please email us immediately, and sent an image of the fault along with your order number to ok.original.kids1@gmail.com

​The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note. 

​​Please note delivery costs will not be refunded and all delivery costs on returns will be paid by the customer.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that your item will be in stock. We ask that you return your items in exchange for a credit note and place a new order.

A credit note is available for your original order amount (excluding postage).
